HOW WE WILL USE YOUR DATA IF YOU’RE ONLY BROWSING OUR SITE
When users visit and view the site, we do not generally collect personal data, saved as to “browsing data". The platform which we use, Wix.com, automatically records some browsing data, such as the name of the internet access provider, the site of origin, pages visited, date and duration of the visit, etc. Such information allows you to access the site and use certain services, though this browsing data may also be aggregated and then used by us anonymously to test that the site is functioning properly. You can request to see the information collected by WIX or for it to be deleted.
BANK TRANSFERS
The customer will have no payment protection available and disputes would only have to be dealt with between Think Big Do Bigger and themselves. An account number and sort code would be required and would not be stored anywhere other than on a password protected bank account, Barclays PLC, with the only sole account owner, Charlotte Streete.

CHANGES TO THIS DOCUMENT
This Privacy Policy may be reviewed and amended to comply with new legal provisions or altered procedures for data processing.

KEEPING YOUR DATA
This information is only gathered to allow us to fulfil your booking and whilst you are receiving our services. We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the booking and deliver our services to you. We will securely store any data collected during that period. We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years for tax purposes. After this time, we will delete your data from our records.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.
