About Us

 Authenticity | Connection | Creativity | Wisdom | Social Justice

Our Mission at Think Big Do Bigger CIC is simple:

Strengthen communities and empower individuals through creative and educational workshops and projects.

Our Vision is for everyone to have the opportunity to embrace their creativity, tap into their inner wisdom, unashamedly be their true authentic self and feel a sense of belonging within a community (or team) that embraces, supports, values and uplifts them.

Our Story

Think Big Do Bigger was born early in 2024 after our founder experienced burnout whilst working in Homelessness services, initially offering stress management and burnout support to frontline workers.

It quickly became apparent that well-being is for everyone and our ethos shifted slightly to incorporate the core values that underpin our work today;

Colorful Leaves

Authenticity - We celebrate diversity and believe everyone has the right to have a voice and feel seen and heard whilst showing up as their true self.

BE TRUE TO YOUR OWN SELF

Connection - We place importance on building genuine and meaningful connections with others to feel a sense of belonging within, between and across communities.

FIND YOUR TRIBE

Creativity - We understand creativity to be an innate and essential part of the human experience which when explored in any form improves our well-being at many levels.

CREATIVITY IS A RIGHT NOT A REWARD.

Wisdom - We value knowledge, learning and education however, it is the application of that knowledge, combined with our experiences and that of others which enables us to take tangible steps towards our own self-development and greater well-being.

LISTEN TO YOUR OWN INNER WISDOM AND APPLY IT.

Social Justice - We feel a sense of responsibility towards creating a more equitable society, whereby our most vulnerable and marginalised members are included, have access, opportunities and a voice.
